OUR VISION

We strive to bring you a premium white meat option for an affordable price.
THE PRODUCT
Brackish Supreme Tilapia (BST™) is our red tilapia expertly bred and cultivated in brackish waters, eliminating the off-flavor and muddy taste often associated with traditional tilapia.
Our aquaculture technology and system ensures optimal fish health, resulting in an exquisite flavor and vibrant red hue reminiscent of premium local fish like grouper (Lapu-Lapu) or red snapper (Maya-Maya).
We ensure to introduce environment-friendly options by also advocating sustainable aquaculture practices.
BST™ is lean white meat with a firm and tender texture that adds to its delicate and juicy flavor. When cooked, it reveals a magnificent marbling that melts in your mouth. Brackish Supreme Tilapia is a culinary revelation that takes the aquaculture market by storm. An incredibly good fish that is a star on its own.
SUSTAINABLE FOR LIFE. Our BST™ is sold as WHOLE and FILLET.
