THE HATCHERY

At Brackish Inc., everything starts at our hatchery.

We breed and raise our own fingerlings in-house, ensuring full control over fish quality from day one. Our broodstock are carefully selected and managed in clean, controlled environments to ensure healthy, fast-growing fry with high survival rates.

With our modern hatchery system and expert care, we can produce up to 48,000 fingerlings weekly, maintaining consistent supply and top-quality seed stock for our own farm — and for others.

POND OPERATIONS

To maintain the optimal health of our farm fish, Brackish Inc. utilizes the In-Pond Raceway System (IPRS) — a modern aquaculture technology that improves water circulation, oxygenation, and overall pond management.

This system allows us to provide stable, clean, and oxygen-rich water, helping beneficial bacteria thrive while minimizing stress and disease in our fish. The result? Healthier fish, faster growth, and consistent quality with every harvest.
